GoodSport® is a ground-breaking new sports drink made from the goodness of milk that delivers superior hydration backed by science with ingredients from natural sources and a deliciously refreshing taste.
How does GoodSport harness the electrolytes, B vitamins and carbs from milk?
We ultrafilter milk to extract its broad spectrum of electrolytes, B vitamins and carbs while removing the fat and protein which are not needed for hydration.
Why harness the electrolytes, B vitamins and carbs from milk?
Milk contains the essential electrolytes and right balance of carbohydrate needed to provide optimal hydration. Scientific studies have shown that milk hydrates better than traditional sports drinks and water.
Why are there electrolytes in GoodSport®?
The electrolytes in GoodSport® help replace the electrolytes lost in sweat, an essential step in staying well hydrated.

How many electrolytes are in GoodSport®?
GoodSport® contains 1680 mg of electrolytes.
Are GoodSport® ingredients made from natural sources?
Yes. All ingredients are from natural sources.
Is GoodSport® lactose-free?
Yes. During production of GoodSport®, the natural lactose found in milk is broken apart into two simple sugars that are easy to digest.
Does GoodSport® use colors from artificial sources?
No, GoodSport® uses only colors from natural sources like blueberries and carrots.
What are monk fruit extract and erythritol and why are they in GoodSport®?
Monk fruit extract and erythritol are natural, zero-calorie sweeteners. Monk fruit extract is made from monk fruit, a sweet melon grown in Asia and erythritol is made from corn. The combination of the two provide just the right level of sweetness in GoodSport®.
Why are there carbohydrates in GoodSport®?
Carbohydrates are important because they help speed absorption of fluid and electrolytes into the bloodstream and they provide energy to active muscles.
What types of carbohydrates are in GoodSport®?
There are 2 types of carbohydrates in GoodSport® - glucose and galactose which come from the sugar in milk.
Does GoodSport® contain added sugars?
No, there is no added sugar in GoodSport®. It contains only natural sugar from milk. It is not a low-calorie food. GoodSport® contains 90 calories per 16.9 oz bottle. Please see Nutrition Facts Panel for details.
Does GoodSport contain gluten?
No, GoodSport® does not contain gluten.
Does GoodSport® contain high-fructose corn syrup?
No, GoodSport® does not contain high-fructose corn syrup.
Does GoodSport® contain protein?
No, ultrafiltering removes the proteins from the milk. However, there may be trace amounts of protein so if you have an allergy to milk, talk to your doctor before consuming GoodSport®.
Does GoodSport® contain fat?
No, GoodSport® is fat free.
Is GoodSport® non-GMO?
Yes.
Is GoodSport® vegan?
No. GoodSport® is made from milk.
Do GoodSport® bottles contain BPA?
No.
Why does GoodSport® contain sodium?
Sodium is the primary electrolyte in sweat and replacing that sodium, along with other electrolytes lost in sweat, is necessary for effective hydration. GoodSport® contains a similar amount of sodium to milk.*

Does milk/dairy cause inflammation?
No. In fact, research has shown that dairy products have important anti-inflammatory benefits. The exception to that are people who are allergic to cow’s milk.
Does the milk content of GoodSport® cause gastric issues during exercise?
No. The ultrafiltration process removes the milk fats and proteins that could cause bloating and fullness and GoodSport® is lactose free.
Is GoodSport® safe for me if I have a dairy allergy?
GoodSport® may contain trace amounts of protein. If you have a milk allergy, please consult your doctor before consuming GoodSport®.
Does GoodSport® have to be refrigerated?
No. When unopened, GoodSport® is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated.
How long is GoodSport® drinkable after the bottle is opened?
After it is opened, a bottle of GoodSport® should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
Can I freeze GoodSport®?
Yes, GoodSport® can be frozen into popsicles or in bike bottles to help keep the product cold longer on hot days.
How is GoodSport® good for the planet?
Its main ingredient, ultra-filtered deproteinized milk, is sustainably sourced. We rescue the part of milk that often goes unused when dairy companies ultrafilter milk to make products like protein powders. And, our bottles are recyclable to help reduce landfill.
